ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND OTHERS
When you use jumbacm.com services, or send e-mails, text messages, place orders, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically or via any other medium of communication, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this Site or otherwise and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
All content included in or made available through this Site and related sites, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of Jumbacm.com or its content suppliers and protected by law.
Graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through this Site and related sites are trademarks of Jumba in Cameroon and elsewhere. Jumba trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Jumba’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Jumba. All other trademarks not owned by Jumba that appear in any Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Jumba
YOUR JUMBA ACCOUNT
You may need your own Jumba account to use certain features of the Site, and you may be required to be logged in to the account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Jumba goods sells to adults, who can purchase with mobile money online. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with involvement of a parent or guardian.Jumba reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use the Site, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT
You may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content; and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters,or any form of “spam” or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Jumba reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
You grant Jumba and sub licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Jumba for all claims resulting from content you supply. Jumba has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Jumba takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
RISK OF LOSS
In case of lost of your account through mishandling ,Jumba is not responsible for any act that might have resulted except it was an internal error from our site or malfunction. You will be expected to recover your data going through the recovery process or you will be advised to create a new account should the recovery process is not helping matters. Jumba is not in any way responsible for any lost of purchased from our site at the time of delivery because of wrong delivery address provided by the client. We advised that you always take your time and fill the correct information when on the checkout before placing your order.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
You can get full refund of the product price after your application is approved. But you need to pay the local delivery fee
- If the item delivered is of problems (such as wrong quantity, wrong item, product damaged, texture or quality problem, etc.), please apply for return & refund within 7days of receipt. What you need to do is to describe specific problem and return reason, selecting corresponding return reason and uploading photos of item through our whatsapp contact with problem and tracking info. You can get full refund of the product price after your application is approved. You will need to pay domestic delivery fee if there is are any. Always reach to our customer to know where to deposit or ship the returning item and make sure you do it within the speculated time.
- For the orders which have been completed but you still not received your order, you may apply for the Only Refund within 7 days since your order status change to be completed. Meanwhile you will received a notification “You can apply only Refund direct from your order Page if You didn’t receive your order” which will be Sent via Push Text .
- For all approved return application (including every return reason), customer needs to return the products to JUMBA within 7 days, otherwise return (refund) can’t be executed.
- Products such as: underwear, cosmetics, wigs, customized products, etc can not be returned and refunded unless there is quality problem with product itself. Please refer to the goods description before buying.
- If a coupon was applied to your order, the value of the coupon is non refundable.
- Shipping fee and transaction charges(if any) are non refundable
- At the moment, JUMBA only supports return & refund application, and do not support replacement service yet. How ever special considerations maybe consider.
In case of refund we will use the very payment method you initiated the payment through without any extra charges.
We do not wish that our customers have any of their items undergo the process of return and refund as it can be frustrating, time consuming and may incur more expenses. We humbly implore you to always read product description carefully before placing an order so that we can serve you well
Please make sure you follow these guidelines or else we may be unable to process your return.
Jumba attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Jumba does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Due to factors such as your phone’s brightness, camera settings at the time record, quality degradation or enhancement during upload process etc Upon delivery, you are advised to examine goods before you accept them. If a product
offered by Jumba itself is not as described, upon acceptance of the good, there can be returns and refunds or replacement in some cases
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Site, or to any goods or services sold or distributed by Jumba or through www.jumbacm.com will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.
We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
PAYMENT AND PRICING
We accept mobile money payments via the different telecom networks and do not offer payment on delivery. We do not accept personal checks as payment. We do not accept debit or credit cards at this time.
We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; nevertheless, errors may still occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card has been charged or you have made a mobile money payment. In the event that we are unable to provide the services, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
We welcome your feedback and comments regarding our goods and services. However, we cannot accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions or materials, and we ask that you not submit any creative ideas, suggestions or materials of any kind to us. We hope you will understand that it is the intent of this policy to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings when projects developed by Jumba or its affiliates’ professional staff might seem to others to be similar to their own creative work. Accordingly, we ask that you not send us any original creative materials of any kind, including show designs, photographs, drawings or original artwork. If you send us creative ideas, suggestions or materials of any kind despite our request not to do so (an “unsolicited submission”), you acknowledge and agree that we may treat the unsolicited submission to be non-confidential and non-proprietary in each instance and in all respects.
From time to time, we may solicit creative ideas, suggestions or materials from users of our Site or blog. If you at any time send, provide us with or post creative ideas, suggestions or any other materials in response to our request (each, a “requested submission” and together with unsolicited submissions, “submissions”), you acknowledge and agree that we may treat the requested submission as non-confidential and non-proprietary in each instance and in all respects.
You agree that we have no obligation of confidence to you with respect to any submission and we shall not be liable to you in any way for any use or disclosure of any submission. We may use any submission without restriction for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast or posting, and you hereby irrevocably waive, release and give up any claim that any use of such submission violates any of your rights including, without limitation, copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, privacy rights, proprietary or other property rights, publicity rights or right to credit for the material or ideas.
You hereby irrevocably grant to us the right, but not the obligation, to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, broadcast, license, perform, post, sell, translate, incorporate, create derivative works from, distribute and otherwise use the submission in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, without according you any compensation or credit. You hereby acknowledge and agree that your relationship with us is not a confidential, fiduciary or other special relationship, and that your decision to make a submission does not place us in a position that is any different from the position held by members of the general public with regard to your submission. You understand and acknowledge that we have broad access to ideas, goods designs and other materials related to our business, and that new ideas, goods, designs and other materials are constantly submitted to us or being developed by our own employees and team. Many submissions that we receive or ideas, goods, designs and materials that are independently developed by us may be competitive with, similar or identical to your submission. You acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any compensation as a result of our use of any such similar or identical submission or independently developed ideas, goods, designs or materials.
You acknowledge that, with respect to any claim you may have relating to or arising out of our actual or alleged exploitation or use of any submission you make, the damage, if any, caused thereby will not be irreparable or otherwise sufficient to entitle you to injunctive or other equitable relief or to in any way enjoin the production, distribution, exhibition or other exploitation of any production based on or allegedly based on your submission, and your rights and remedies in any such event shall be strictly limited to the right to recover damages, if any, in an action at law.
These Terms are applicable to you upon your accessing this Site. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Arbitration, shall survive any termination of these Terms.
